QuestionWhat sizes and colors are available?
Epoxy floor paint and JS waterproof coating are supplied in 20kg buckets. Epoxy colors: Sesame White, Light Gray, Dark Gray, Beige, Cream Yellow, Lemon Yellow, Aristocratic Silver, Aristocratic Gold, Sky Blue, Avocado Green, Pink, Cherry Blossom Pink, Multicolor, Pine Green, Emerald Green, Sapphire Blue and Jingtai Blue. See the product color chart; screen colors may vary. K11 is 25kg powder + 9kg latex; the roller is 9 inches.
QuestionHow much area does one bucket cover?
Coverage depends on the product, substrate and application thickness. Contact us with your floor area and chosen product for a quantity estimate before ordering.
QuestionIs the price per kilogram or per bucket?
Prices shown are per unit as listed in the variant (for example, per 20kg bucket).
QuestionHow should I prepare a floor that has mold or oil stains?
Remove loose material, degrease oil stains, treat mold and let the surface dry fully before coating. Contact us with photos if you're not sure.
QuestionCan it fill cracks in existing concrete?
Small cracks and shallow holes can be filled as part of the process. Larger structural cracks should be repaired first.
QuestionWhere do you ship, and how much does delivery cost?
We ship worldwide to destinations supported at checkout. Orders of $50 or less have a $15 shipping fee; orders over $50 ship free. All amounts are USD. Allow 3–7 days for processing and 14–30 days for shipping. Import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient. See our Logistics Policy for details.
QuestionHow do I request a return?
