Refund policy

Returns

Request a return within 30 days after receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Email maikofloorpaint@gmail.com before sending anything back. If approved, we provide a return label and instructions. Unauthorised returns are not accepted.

Return destination: MAIKO Building Materials Warehouse, North Zone, Lushan County Industrial Cluster, Pingdingshan, Henan, China.

Problems and exclusions

Report damaged, defective or incorrect items immediately. Custom orders, perishable or personal-care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items and gift cards are excluded, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Contact us before returning coatings if their transport classification is uncertain.

For an exchange, arrange an approved return and place a separate order. EU customers retain the applicable 14-day cancellation right.

Refunds

We inspect returns and notify you of approval. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days; banks may take longer. Contact maikofloorpaint@gmail.com if more than 15 business days have passed after approval.
